These terms apply to your use of roofing.zichron.com.au (the "site"), operated by Zichron Capital Equity Pty Ltd, trading as Zichron Property Group ("Zichron", "we", "us"), a registered commercial builder and roofing contractor (Builder registration DBU 14371 · CB-L 100021) based in Caulfield, Victoria. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

What this site is for

This site provides information about our roofing services and lets you request a quote or inspection. Nothing on this site is a binding quote, contract, or guarantee of price, availability, or scheduling — any actual job is confirmed separately once we've assessed your property, and is governed by a written quote or contract at that time.

Requesting a quote

• Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract between you and Zichron
• Quotes we provide following an enquiry are estimates based on the information and access available at the time, and may change following a site inspection
• We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day, and prioritise same-day response during business hours (Monday–Friday) — but response times aren't guaranteed
• Any domestic building work we carry out is subject to a separate written contract, and where applicable, the protections of the Domestic Building Contracts Act 2017 (Vic) and Victoria's Home Warranty scheme

Content and accuracy

We try to keep information on this site accurate and current, including photos of past work, but images are indicative and specific outcomes (colours, materials, finish) will vary by property and by the job actually agreed. We may update pricing indications, service descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos, and design of this site belong to Zichron or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content commercially without our written consent.

Third-party links and tools

This site may link to third-party services (for example, mapping or payment tools) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Our use of analytics and advertising tools is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

Liability
